❌ There is NO customer support for LEND or TEN Finance.
If you're experiencing any issues using the platform, there are a few things you can do.
First check the official documentation and see if there is a user guide for the action you are experiencing trouble with.
If you can't find a solution, try reaching out in your local Telegram group. We have a team of dedicated admins and helpful community members who can probably solve your issue.
LEND Admins will NEVER send you a direct message first. If anybody approaches you unsolicited on e.g. Telegram pretending to represent customer support, please block them and report as spam.
NEVER, EVER under any situation, should you give someone your private key or recovery phrases. You WILL lose your crypto if you do. Immediately block and report anyone that asks for them.
